Marvel Realm now gives you much more control over how you play.
This update brings remappable controls across the suite and its games, along with major improvements to 3D audio, movement, physics, vehicles, and environmental sound. Several games have also received new content, gameplay changes, balance adjustments, and fixes.
Remap Your Controls Across Marvel Realm
Controls can now be remapped throughout Marvel Realm using keyboard keys, mouse buttons and wheels, and controller inputs.
Actions can have multiple bindings, and you can add, replace, remove, or restore them as needed. Game-specific menus and shortcuts are configurable as well, giving you much more freedom to build a control layout that works for you.
If a custom setup ever leaves you unable to navigate, press Control+Shift+F12 or hold Back+Start on a controller for two seconds to open control recovery.
We have also fixed several input issues, including stuck held actions, modifier conflicts, duplicate menu activation, and unavailable Community, Social, or Realm Chat shortcuts interfering with gameplay controls.
More Detailed 3D Audio
The shared 3D audio system has received several improvements.
Reverb now considers the positions of both the listener and sound source, with smoother transitions between acoustic spaces and improved geometry-aware occlusion.
Large moving objects such as vehicles can now position sounds across their physical body instead of treating them as coming from a single point. This improves the positioning of engines, collisions, alarms, and other sounds attached to larger objects.
Movement also gains speed- and mass-based 3D wind audio for horizontal movement, climbing, powered movement, and falling.
Footsteps, clothing, jumps, falls, and landings have been updated alongside these changes. Music and loading audio now also fade when moving between menus, games, loading states, and sound-system restarts.
Movement, Vehicles, and Physics
Movement and collision handling have been improved throughout Marvel Realm.
Moving platforms and vehicles now carry objects and other loads more consistently through both movement and rotation. Released objects can inherit momentum from what was carrying them, while blocked loads detach more reliably.
Character movement has also been refined. Jumping now requires a supporting surface, healing stops at maximum health, and movement audio remains more consistent across frame rates and surface changes.
Battle of Glory
The Battle of Glory games now use the new remappable control system, including game-specific actions and menus.
The Road to Sanctuary also receives updated footsteps, gear movement, jumps, and landings using the shared 3D and reverb-aware foley system.
In Zero Stealth, jetpack movement now accelerates gradually and retains momentum more naturally. The grappling-hook range has increased, the radar no longer selects targets directly beneath you, and ground vehicles now patrol faster and across wider areas.
Vehicle and helicopter audio has been improved for clearer positioning, while mounted guns now have a longer range.
The first mission briefing and RPG launcher warning now play once. You can make them available again using Reset mission instructor announcements in Game settings.
Several projectile, vehicle, mission-progress, and mounted-gun issues have also been fixed across Battle of Glory.
Breakless Ride
Chaotic Highway now uses the new speed-based 3D movement wind instead of its previous wind loop. Engine startup, shutdown, volume, and low-speed pitch behavior have also been updated.
In Rush Fare, creature attacks against waiting passengers have been rebalanced. Some shots now deliberately miss, creatures fire slightly less frequently, and passenger damage has been reduced.
Passenger pickup now requires a fresh horn press while the passenger is within range, preventing an earlier held input from picking them up later.
Run results also track Cinderkin, Voltling, and Pipfrost takedowns separately, and several passenger and creature sounds have been adjusted for distance and volume.
Forest Park
Springwood Cafe gains new delivery and takeout systems.
At level 8, you can unlock the delivery telephone for 225 score. Answer an incoming call, prepare and package the requested order, then hand it to the driver at the delivery front door. Payment arrives after the driver completes the trip.
At level 9, takeout orders become available for 250 score. These customers wait outside, place their order, collect it from the front door, and leave without occupying a table or creating dirty tableware.
A new packaging station supports both order types. Unpackaged cups and plates can still be handed over, but positive payouts are reduced to 25 percent.
The customer digest now separates cafe customers from telephone orders and reports whether a delivery is waiting for preparation or already in transit.
The cafe assistant can also learn to answer telephone calls at level 12 and handle packaging and front-door deliveries at level 13.
Xenoscope
Spelunker Probe now uses the shared remappable control system.
We have also fixed an issue where falling into a chasm could trigger an incorrect maximum-speed wind sound when the player was repositioned.
