Springwood Cafe is now free for everyone on Marvel Realm
Good news: as of today, Springwood Cafe costs nothing. If you have a Sonorous Arts account and downloaded Marvel Realm, you can play it. You don't need Pro or Sonorous Plus.
A quick recap in case you missed it. Springwood Cafe is our audio cafe sim, and you'll find it in the Forest Park category. Pro players got it first in Early Access, then Sonorous Plus subscribers joined in. Now it's open to the whole community.
So what do you actually do? You run a coffee shop. You take orders, make drinks, cook, and try to keep your customers happy.
Coffee takes more than grinding beans. At the Flavor Station you mix sweet, milky, sour, bitter and strong until the cup suits whoever ordered it, and every customer likes theirs a little different.
There's food too: over 90 recipes, which unlock as you level up. Garlic bread, honey-glazed salmon, and plenty in between. Just don't lose track of your timers. Nobody tips for burnt salmon.
The points you earn go into upgrades like a jukebox, a soda machine and Wi-Fi. They keep customers patient, and patient customers tip better. Once things get busy, you can hire an assistant barista to clear tables and run orders.
You can play two ways. Classic mode puts you against the clock, chasing high scores and service streaks on the leaderboard. Endless mode drops the timer, so you can serve at your own pace.
Getting started
- Install or update Marvel Realm and sign in.
- Have a look at the documentation. It covers recipes, getting around the stations, and keyboard and controller controls.
- In Marvel Realm, go to Forest Park and launch Springwood Cafe.
